Even tastier than the better known lamb chops, goat ribs can be cooked to a melt-in-your-mouth perfection with a lower heat and longer cooking time.  They're at their best baked in the oven at 250 F for an hour or more, and as is always the case with goat meat, serve it hot! Garlic, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and basil are all favorites with goat ribs.
