Cut from steak and roast muscles, these cubes are denuded of surface fat and silverskin in order to shorten the cooking time and lend them versatility in cooking methods. They are meant for use with faster cooking methods and shorter cooking times.
Use them for grilled or oven roasted kebobs, for quick soups, or for pan frying. Not recommended for long or slow cooking methods.
