Privacy Policy

We at Bisra Meats take your privacy very seriously.  We take our privacy seriously, too.  Personal information is personal information, and so we only collect what is useful and necessary, only what you provide us with yourself, and according to the following policy.

Personal information that you provide us with in the course of completing an order, such as your name, address, phone, and email details will be kept on file, because if we didn’t, we wouldn’t know who you are, where you live, how to reach you, or where to deliver what you ordered.

Credit card information that you provide us with will be processed through Authorize.net using a secure internet connection (HTTPS with a valid SSL security certificate).  We do not keep this information on file at Bisra Meats.  If you opt to keep it stored in the system for future orders, it will be stored on Authorize.net’s servers, not ours, and we will not have access to it in any way or any time.  Credit card information that you provide with over the phone or through other digital media, including email, SMS, and the like, will be stored the same way.  Bisra Meats can only view the last 4 digits of the card once entered and the date of expiration.  We can only use this system in order to charge you for products and shipping or delivery services that you incur by placing an order.

See our Terms & Conditions at the footer of the website for information on how and when your card will be charged.

Our Commitment to Your Privacy

Bisra Meats LLC will never provide any other individual or entity with any of your personal information for any reason.  This includes your personal or business contact information, phone numbers, addresses, your profession, preferences, email addresses, credit card information, and order history.

We do not work with mass marketers, spammers, sales lead companies, or any other unsavory contact hunters.  We can’t stand them either.

Email Communications

We devised our email newsletter at Bisra Meats in order to inform customers past and present and those people who have expressed an interest in our large and growing variety of products of new offerings, what’s in stock, what we’re working on and developing, and how to best cook, present, and enjoy our products.

The emails are currently sent through MailChimp, which makes the process easy for us as the sender and for you as the receiver.  You may sign yourself up for our newsletters at any time, and you can certainly recommend them to your friends, family, colleagues, classmates, and community members as you wish.  We do not fish for information or mine date.  Only NSA gets away with that.  If we have your email, it’s because you’ve  either ordered from us in the past, or because you’ve reached out to us inquiring about something that we do or that we may ultimately be able to provide for you.

If for whatever reason you’d like to unsubscribe from our list, MailChimp makes this simple and easy.  Just click on the unsubscribe button and you’re pretty much done.  We’d love to hear your feedback and would therefore greatly appreciate it if you could let us know why, but we respect your privacy and understand that inboxes explode from time to time.
