Bisra Ground Beef is carerfully selected from steaks and roasts and it is trimmed to exclude all silverskin and tendons. The result is a smooth and clean ground product, to which we add very carefully selected and weighed fat in precise proportions in order to ensure the maximum in quality, flavor, and texture of our ground beef.
Our 80:20 mix is ideal for burgers and kebabs. For even more tender texture, look for 15 or 30 days of aging.
